Mayanot was by far the greatest Jewish experience
I've ever had in my life. |

My experience on Mayanot Taglit-Birthright Israel
was one of the most incredible experiences of
my life. Not only did I learn a great deal more
than I had previously known Israel and Judaism,
but I was made to feel a connection with these
groups that I have never felt before. The trip
created a feeling for me that is almost inexplicable
in words. Its a feeling of just getting it. Thank
you so much for an absolutely amazing ten days! |

This trip was one of the most incredible experiences
of my life. Not only did it give me a chance to
meet some amazing new people and see the beauty
and history that Israel has to offer, but it helped
me connect to my Jewish heritage. I hope to visit
Israel again soon and encourage everyone to take
this opportunity because no matter how invested
you are in your Jewish roots, it will touch you
in a way you will not expect it too. |

I really feel like my eyes have opened up after
experiencing Israel through Mayanot. I will definitely
be returning to Israel soon! I think this is the
best way to experience Israel, and everyone should
do it. |

It reconnected me with my Judaism and made me
feel strongly passionate about who I am. The tour
guides were great and the whole trip was a wonderful
experience that has left and indelible mark within
me. |

I came to Israel as a disconnected Jew-who didn't
know what it meant to be Jewish. I left Israel
with a sense of who I am, where I came from, and
how to get there. My Mayanot experience has changed
my life forever. |

Mayanot Birthright gave me 10 of the best days
of my life. I've been to Israel before, but never
like this. You get the best of Israel, for free,
and get to meet tons of cool people in the process. |

I don't think it's really possible to really sum
up what the trip was like. It was amazing, eye-opening,
and moving, and I would recommend it to anyone. |

It was an eye-opening experience. I loved every
minute of the trip and would return at the drop
of a hat. The people were the most welcoming and
accommodation I have ever met and made me feel
at home. I loved everything. THANK YOU! |

Mayanot gave me an amazing opportunity to meet
young Jews my own age who are going through similar
feelings about faith and life that I am. It also
gave me a real physical connection to my history
and to my family and to my religion. |

At first I was scared because I went in knowing
nothing, but as soon as our group walked onto
the bus, it was like we were united as a group,
as young people, and most importantly as Jews.
I got to experience my homeland with people like
me, and I could not have had a better experience.
The trip was filled with activity, learning, and
partying at the end of the day; it was a perfect
balance of every aspect that made me want to be
back in Israel as soon as I stepped of the plane. |

Beautiful-passionate-emotional-intense-crazy fun…truly
a one of a kind experience I will absolutely never
forget. Words are not enough to describe the intensity,
beauty, and connection I found in my culturally
rich and scenic homeland. Everyone should go to
Israel, I did everything I wanted to and more
with this incredible opportunity! I learned so
much about myself and my Jewish identity on my
Mayanot trip ( I love you bus 16!). This was the
best spent 10 days of my life...I will cherish
this feeling and the memories for as long as I
live and will pass it on...I am more proud of
myself and my Judaism than ever before! |

My Taglit experience with Mayanot was a perfect
combination of secular and religious aspects of
Israel. More than just as a tourist, we experienced
everything we could about being a Jew in our homeland.
It was unforgettable and I can't wait to go back. |

This was absolutely the most amazing experience
of my life and more than I could ever have expected.
Every aspect of the trip was unbelievable. I learned
so much about Israel and the Jewish faith and
I will never forget the connection and feeling
of acceptance that I felt when I was there. |

It was an incredible experience I would strongly
suggest ALL Jews, regardless of religious background,
go on. It strengthened my beliefs and understanding
of Judaism. Israel is an incredible place. |

It was simply spectacular, much better than I
expected. I thought I'd be subject to "brain
washing" seminars, but it was quite the opposite.
Everyone was welcoming and encouraged us to find
for ourselves what we would get out of this experience. |

This was the trip of a lifetime whoever does not
go on this trip does not know what he or she is
missing, you meet cool Israeli soldiers, make
lots of friends, travel all around Israel and
just have the time of your life. |

The Taglit birthright-Israel: Mayanot experience
opened up my eyes. I was able to see myself not
as just another Jew, but a piece of a puzzle that
connects us all together! A puzzle that has a
responsibility to his people and his nation. |

The Mayanot experience that I had was amazing!
It truly helped me connect with my Jewish roots
and definitely made me feel closer with my identity.
I met so many interesting people that I definitely

Going on Mayanot was the best experience in my
life. Everyone says that when you get to Israel
you feel connected, once I felt the connection
I was shocked that it was true. Israel is an amazing
place and I cannot imagine I would have gotten
the same experience any other way! |

Silver (U. of Miami) –

Mayanot was an amazing experience. It gave me
the chance to be surrounded by more Jews then
I have ever have before. I was able to make 40
new friends who shared my experience with me,
as well. I was also able to learn a lot about
Israel and its culture, and I learned about myself.
You have to experience the trip yourself to understand
the impact the country has on you and your Jewish
identity. |
