“We started the day meeting the Israeli soldiers which was great! Then we went on a jeep tour and felt the “Israeli experience” of getting dirty. At the middle of the jeep tour we stopped and had an explanation of the area. 
After eating lunch we went to a kibbutz, Misgav Am, on the border of Lebanon and Syria where a local told us the history of the kibbutz and of the area, and about the relationships they have with their “neighbors” on the Lebanon side of the border. 
We went to Tzfat where we had a talk with an amazing kabala artist. We then had a walk around the shops of the old city. Was an amazing day!”
