not be considered until all of the forms have been submitted.
The required forms, which can be downloaded after you

· Date Request Form |
· High School Transcripts for Israeli
Citizens. |
| · Army exemption paper for Israeli citizens
and children of an Israeli citizen. |
· Schedule Phone Interview (you will
be contacted by our office letting you know when
to call in) |

and submit the medical form, passport copy and other
required information. Please be sure to add
