It is best to plan your Eilat/Jordan/Egypt trip before you leave to Israel though our staff will be more than happy to assist you with this when you are in Israel as well.

Transportation to Eilat
There are a number of options to travel to Eilat from throughout Israel:
By Bus
You can travel to and from Eilat by bus from a number of cities throughout Israel for around $15 each way. It is approximately a 4 hour drive from Jerusalem and a 5 hour drive from Tel Aviv. For more information and to book tickets please click here.

By Plane
You can travel to and from Eilat by plane from Tel Aviv and Haifa for approximately $105 each way. It is approximately a 40 minute flight from Tel Aviv and a 1 ½ hour flight from Haifa. For more information and to book tickets please visit the websites of Arkia Israel Airlines or Israir Airlines.

By Shuttle
Groups of 5 participants or more traveling together can hire a shuttle which can be arranged in Israel. The price will vary depending on the size of the group, departure city, etc.

All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Driving: A thrilling 1 ½ hour (approximately $45 per person) or 2 ½ hour (approximately $55 per person) off-road desert excursion in the wilderness of Eliat’s Mountain Reserve.

Coral Beach Nature Reserve: The reserve is a utopia for snorkelers. The 1200-meter-long reef is only 20 meters from the shore, with a shallow lagoon lying between the beach and the coral. The black-quilled sea urchin is just one of the unusual animals that inhabit the lagoon. A wooden bridge leads from the shore to the beginning of the reef. Anyone who can swim can enjoy a fantastic glimpse into the natural world. All it takes is a mask and a snorkel!

Coral World Park – Underwater Observatory: Enjoy the Aquarium Musuem, the Shark Tank, the Turtle and Stingray Pool, Underwater Observatories, Reef Tanks and more. Entrance fee is $19 per person.

Desert Night Tour: Meet the desert night life driving in an open jeep with the stars as a roof and projectors at hands, admiring the starry skies and searching for the desert wildlife coming out at night including wolves, foxes, gazelles, hyenas and others! Tour includes Bedouin-style hospitality with pita and cheese with tea around a campfire. The trail crosses the northern part of the Nature Reserve including Wadi Pesalim. The tour is 3 hours long and costs approximately $35 per person.

Dolphin Reef: Meet face-to-face with the dolphins! Enjoy a beautiful private beach in Eilat where you will get a real sense of freedom swimming and diving with the dolphins in their own environment. The entrance fee is $14, swimming with the dolphins costs $57 (no entrance fee) and diving with the dolphins costs $67 (no entrance fee).

Gulf Cruise: A 4-hour cruise on a magnificent wooden yacht, with Jacuzzis on board, that goes through the Egyptian and Jordanian borders and to the southern part of the gulf including a swimming and snorkeling stop at the Princess Hotel followed by a BBQ. The cost of the cruise is $35 per person.

Hai Bar National Biblical Wildlife Reserve: The mission of Yotvata Hai-Bar Wildlife Reserve is to establish reproduction groups for populations of wild animals that are mentioned in the Bible but have disappeared from our landscape, as well as for other endangered desert animals. The reserve has three parts: a three-acre penned-in open area, where herds of herbivorous animals live in conditions similar to those in the wild; the Predators Center, where reptiles, small desert animals, and large predators are on display; and the Desert Night Life Exhibition Hall, where night and day are reversed so that visitors to the reserve can observe nocturnal animals during their active hours.
