Taglit-Birthright Israel: MAYANOT will
be having many departures (up to a few
a week) during the following sessions:
Winter 2009-2010 Session:
November 2009, December 2009,
January 2010, February 2010 and March
2010 from New York, Los Angeles, Miami,
Chicago and Toronto!
Summer 2010 Session:
May, June, July and August of
2010 from New York, Los Angeles, Miami,
Chicago and Toronto!

| Some departure dates
have been posted and many more will be as
they become available. Do not wait for an
exact date to be posted to apply, submit
a fully-refundable deposit and the required
forms, as many more dates will be added! |

| All of the following steps must be completed
as soon as possible after registration
opens on Wenesday, September, 9, 2009
to be considered for a trip and to avoid
being placed on a waiting list.
The earlier you complete all
of the application steps the higher the
chance of getting on the trip of your
choice or a trip altogether. |

| Step 1 |
| Click on the GET STARTED! button below which will
re-direct you to the MAYANOT application page on
Taglit-Birthright Israel's website. Please be sure
to complete all 8 sections of the online application
at one time. Have your passport (if your passport
is unavailable it can be entered later) and a credit
card handy before starting the application. |
| Important Notes:
A) Be sure to complete all of the required information
in the first 5 sections immediately when applying
(passport information can be entered later). Do
not start the application and leave it incomplete.
This will severely decrease your chances of getting
on the trip of your choice or any trip.
B) Be sure to enter your e-signature on the
waiver in section 6. Leaving this blank will severely
decrease your chances of getting on the trip of
your choice or any trip.
C) Be sure to
confirm
your email address by clicking
on the link in the email that you will receive
from Taglit-Birthright Israel after you complete
section 7. Not confirming your email address will
severely decrease your chances of getting on the
trip of your choice or any trip.
D) Be sure to submit the fully-refundable deposit
in section 8 at the same time that you submit
your online application. Do not push it off for
a later time. Only applications with deposits
will be considered for a trip. Remember, there
is no commitment by giving a deposit. If need
be, you can cancel before the deadline and receive
your deposit back in full. |

| Step 2 |
In addition to the email from Taglit-Birthright
Israel, you will receive an email from MAYANOT
(it may take up to a few hours to receive this
email though usually it comes immediately) that
will contain a username and password so that you
can log-in
to the MAYANOT website and complete the application
process. As soon as you receive this email go
to www.mayanotisrael.com/login
and log-in. You can then submit all of the required
forms. You
will also be able to schedule a time for the required
pre-trip phone interview.
If you have completed your online application
but did not receive the log-in email within 24
hours please click
here to have the email resent to your inbox. |

| Step 3 |
Add info@mayanotisrael.com
to your address book or white list to ensure that
you receive all important emails from us about
the trip including your acceptance email. |

Registration is
now closed. |

| Important note:
Due to the expected large response to registration,
Taglit-Birthright Israel may close registration
early as has been done in the past. As such, we
strongly recommend signing up and submitting a fully-refundable
deposit and the required forms immediately even
if you are only considering joining a trip. There
is no commitment - if need be you can cancel before
the deadline and receive your deposit back in full. |

| Passport: |
Passports and Travel Documents (visas) should
be ordered or renewed immediately after applying
(passports must be valid for 6 months after departure).
